Forweapons yes they do up on price. What could be 300 or 500 coin could become 600 to 1,575 depending on the weapon's rarity. Also it seemed best to up a weapon per 3-5 levels since bumping a weapon up one level is pointless. I had hidden blade to assassinate targets to level me up. Lol.
