Good morning, I'm brand new to this forum and the French car scene and now new to these problems. It all started when I went to change the glows plugs on my Citroen xsara Picasso 1.6hdi DV6 90 Bhp and well you guess it.. they snapped off one even dropped into the clinder !!!! The leakage was caused by the protective guard covering the turbo. It is attached by two 10mm nuts. One side got sheared just near the nut. This caused the guard to tilt to one side with the bottom end rubbing against the oil cooler. With vibrations and constant rubbing it exposed the inner tubes of the cooler. Posts: 6667.
