Your load order is incorrect. That might be the reason why. The loading order is still valid for 1.46. And your messed up loading order is very likely the cause of your issues. When you use map mods you have to get the loading order right as you will otherwise face issues. Promods has always recommended putting these mods on high priority. Maybe it's the Frosty Winter mod that's crashing my game
